1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 64ph Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Any new features, tools, or services added to the current Platform shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. The use of the 64ph Platform is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information, data, or content available through the Website.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account with 64ph and to participate in any gaming activities offered on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction of residence. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

You further represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by law from gambling online, that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, and that your participation on the 64ph Platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You may not share your account with any third party.

Each User is permitted only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, winnings, and bonuses. The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any circumvention attempts will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.3 Verification Requirements

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

As part of our commitment to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, all withdrawals are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You acknowledge that verification may delay withdrawal processing and agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Protection

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify 64ph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree to create a strong password that meets the Platform's security requirements and to change your password periodically. You must not use the same password for your 64ph account that you use for other online services. Never share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be 64ph staff members. Legitimate 64ph employees will never ask for your password.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for monitoring all activity on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, unauthorized transactions, or believe your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact customer support. The Company monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation of suspicious behavior.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any and all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain proper account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

64ph accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The Company does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. You agree to deposit only funds that you own legally and that originate from legitimate sources. The Company reserves the right to refuse deposits from suspicious sources or to request proof of funds origin.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests must be made through the cashier section of your account. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification as described in Section 2.3. The Company aims to process verified withdrawals within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited for security and anti-money laundering reasons. The Company reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account verification status, account history, and other factors.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and any other behavior deemed by the Company to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts of Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse. This determination is made at the Company's sole discretion based on account activity analysis and fraud detection systems. Users suspected of bonus abuse may have their accounts investigated and funds withheld pending investigation.

5.3 Promotional Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers at its discretion. Promotional terms may be updated periodically, and it is the User's responsibility to review the current terms before participating in any promotion.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the 64ph Platform are powered by certified gaming software providers using Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and certified by independent auditing firms. The Company guarantees that all games are fair and that outcomes are determined randomly. Game rules and payout percentages are available within each game or upon request to customer support.

You acknowledge that all games are games of chance and that the outcome of any game cannot be predicted or influenced by skill alone. Past results do not influence future outcomes. The Company makes no guarantees regarding your ability to win or the amount of any potential winnings.

6.2 Irregular Play

The Company monitors gameplay for irregular patterns that may indicate advantage play, collusion, bot usage, or exploitation of software errors. Irregular play includes but is not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple players, automated betting programs, and exploitation of game errors or malfunctions.

If the Company determines that irregular play has occurred, it reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, close accounts, and take any other action deemed necessary. 6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. The Company will investigate any reported malfunctions promptly and will credit affected players' accounts with the amount of their original stake if a malfunction is confirmed. The Company's liability in such cases is limited to the return of stakes; no additional compensation will be provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 64ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 64ph or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 64ph and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

The 64ph name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location if prohibited by local law
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Company staff
• Attempting to hack, gain unauthorized access to, or damage any part of the Platform
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation
• Using the Platform while intoxicated or impaired
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Allowing minors to use your account or facilitating underage gambling

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, legal action, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 64ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, server errors, or interruptions of service
• Loss or damage to winnings due to User error, technical issues, or force majeure events

The Company's total liability to you for any damages finally awarded shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 64ph Platform or services, you must first contact customer support through live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints quickly and fairly. You agree to provide all information requested by customer support to facilitate investigation of your complaint.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Termination by Company

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or extended inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If your account is terminated for cause, you may forfeit any remaining balance, pending winnings, and active bonuses. If your account is closed for reasons other than Terms violation, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, we offer self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place bets.

If you choose to permanently close your account, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you. Active bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited depending on bonus terms. The Company reserves the right to retain your personal information as required by law and our Privacy Policy even after account closure.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14.3 Waiver

The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

14.6 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
